I don't use it everyday as it is too pricey for me to consume every day, but keep it on hand for "emergencies". I eat it for stomach issues &/or sore throats. I apply it topically for any cuts, bruises, bug bites, dried out old face from too much time in the garden. I also use it on the boys (2 black labs) for the same issues... except for the complexion.
